Terms of Payment:
Products: Net 30 days.

Credit:
Credit approval by our credit department is required for open account terms. Allow 10 to 15 days, please. Pending approval, orders will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis upon request.

Minimum Order:
Orders for products of $250 or less will be billed at $250 plus freight.

Freight:
All orders will be F.O.B. Los Angeles area.

C.O.D. Shipments:
We cannot prepay C.O.D. collection charges made by United Parcel or any freight company. Back orders will not be carried on C.O.D. accounts unless otherwise specified. Out of state customers who are not on an open account basis must prepay all orders.

Returned Merchandise:
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. Returned goods are subject to 15%, or more, restocking charges. Credit is issued at price invoiced at the time of sale. Freight-out charges paid by Paramount will be deducted from credit issued. Special order items are not returnable.

Delivery Shortages:
All claims for shortage must be filled within ten days after delivery of the merchandise.

Prices:
Prices subject to change without prior notice. All special quotation prices are good for 30 days only.

Office Hours:
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Exceptions:
Exceptions to the General Policies outlined above may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
All parts sold by Paramount Extrusions, Inc. are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.

If the product should fail under normal use and service because of such defect, we will replace it with a new one at no charge, providing the original is returned to our factory for inspection, transportation pre-paid within thirty (30) days after the defect is discovered. Our liability under this warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the product without charge, and in no event shall we be liable in any way for consequential or incidental damages.

WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
